Introduction

The EMT-1C is a single phase power meter able to measure TRMS current AC/DC and voltage.

On the RS485 Modbus are available: Voltage, Current, Active Power, Reactive Power, Apparent Power, CosPhi, Frequency, THD, Bidirectional Energy.

The device is fully configurable by RS485, DIN rail mounting, 4 kV galvanic isolation for voltage input.

Programming and Configuration

Using a serial link RS485 you can connect the EMT-1C with the configuration software.

If you want to set the device using the software, set both dipswitch in OFF. If you want to set by RS495 directly, set the SW1 to ON (up) then use the SW2 for baudrate setting (0=9600 1=38400).

After the setting, please save the configuration by the COMMAND register, then switch off the power supply, before to switch on the power supply set both dipswitch to OFF.

Mounting

The power meter EMT-1C can be mounted in any position, horizontal or vertical mounting, horizontal or vertical through the two hooks for DIN rail included in the box.
